Well deserved 5 star rating as service provided was great. Really nice people and reliable place to go to if you would like to buy well maintained used cars. Called up to enquire about a car yesterday that seemed too good to be true given the price and low mileage but in under 48 hours the car was delivered right to our door. Absolutely incredible service from the team at Carizmo, they answered all of our questions and gave us a thorough breakdown of the cars history, repair work and servicing. Their commitment to giving a seamless and efficient service is commendable and I found them to be extremely professional. We recently travelled up to Manchester to buy a car from Carizmo and have nothing but good things to say about the service we received from the entire team. Whilst I must praise the great selection of cars they had for us to pick from, their hospitality and aftercare was even better. 6 weeks into ownership there was a slight issue with the clutch which we informed them about and they were very quick to have the car recovered back to Manchester for a quick repair and delivered back to us within 48 hours, just excellent aftercare in all honesty, couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a hassle free car buying experience

We run our own family business in Nottinghamshire for over 35 years and have hundreds of 5 star rateings. We saw my wife car advertised in Manchester from the first contact to meeting Mr M Shah he was an exceptionally professional looked after us on everything he's a credit to his family company . Wen had a minor issue with the car I contacted Mr Shah within 10 minutes he contacted me back . Nothing was to much trouble. He had my wife's car collected from Nottinghamshire back to Manchester had his team of expert mechanics sort out the issue. Full inspection and two test drives . And had it delivered back in prestige condition withing few days . Have to give in respect and respect is earned in our family and he earned that . Definitely be looking at buying a car for our daughter this year . With that sort of service and commitment from the company you cant go wrong buying a car of them . If anyone deserves a 5 star review, it's these guys. Completely transparent and genuine people who I found to be very helpful and professional. I was initially sceptical given their prices were much lower than anywhere else online but the quality of cars and service they gave us proved me wrong. After coming across a car online, I won't lie we were a little nervous as we normally use main dealers to purchase our cars. But we went to Carizmo to look at the car anyway, so sorry as I don't know the guy's name, but I think it was dad & son. Really honest, helpful & pleasant. All straight forward, easy & everything we asked was explained. There was a little module damage to my headlight, they got electrician in quickly tried to sort the issue they have temporarily & have reassured us they will fit complete new headlight when it goes again. We had a little issue when leaving, which was sorted promptly & professionally. Overall fantastic service, honest & professional great prices! Would highly recommend, we will be back for future cars! Bought a Nissan Qashqai in excellent condition but after a few weeks the check engine light came on. We were still in the 30 days warranty period so I contacted Carizmo and they have paid for the repair ( glow plugs and oxygen sensor) without any problems. Generally very happy with their service and I'd recommend them highly.

I just purchased a Nissan juke from carizmo and overall, I'm pleased with the experience. The car itself was a very good price and in great condition mechanically and matched the online listing well. On initial inspection (my very picky brother) noticed a few detailing issues, but the team at carizmo where very responsive and sorted them out before collection. What really stood out for me was that there was no pressure to buy, I was given the time and space to look over the car and make a decision at my own pace. Carizmo dealt with all documentation this made the process feel relaxed and stress -free Communication from carizmo was on point and I really appreciated their professionalism and the effort they made to ensure I was happy with my purchase. I would definitely go to Carizmo again, should I need to buy a car again (which I hope is not for a long time) and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others
